How to obtain citizenship by investment ?
OPTION 1
Government non-refundable Donation to Economic Diversification Fund (EDF):
$100,000 for a single applicant.
$200,000 the minimum investment for a family of 4 members.
$ 25.000: Additional fees for each new member after the second child.
Siblings are no longer considered dependents.
In addition to Government Fees, Administrative Fees, and Due Diligence Fees.
OPTION 2
Purchasing a property from one of the real estate projects approved by the government:
The property must value $ 200.000, with a commitment not to sell for 3 years.
Government expenses for a family of 4 people are $ 35,000.
Government expenses for a family of 6 people are $ 50,000.
Siblings are no longer considered dependents.

- Birth certificate for all applicants and a marriage certificate.
- Clear criminal record.
- A bank financial statement with proof of a legal source of income

STEPS
- Firstly, Sign the contract with NTL and make the down payment.
- Then, invest in the Real Estate project and donate to the Montenegro National economic fund.
- During this, prepare ALL the Required Documents by the investor, and send them to NTL office to translate and review.
- Send all documents to our lawyer, who will review, and check-up the entire file before submitting the application.
- After that, submit the citizenship application.
- Due Diligence and then the government approval.
- Finally, Issuing the naturalization document and printing the Passport.
