This decision was among a group of new decisions working to develop the<a title=\" citizenship by investment programs\" href=\"https:\/\/ntlinternational.com\/citizenships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0citizenship by investment program<\/a>\u00a0and improve its quality.
